  • GlowHire provides AI-powered CV enhancement, cover letter generation, and LinkedIn optimization
  • Services include document analysis, content improvement suggestions, and formatting assistance
  • We offer both free and premium subscription tiers with different feature access
  • Service availability and features may vary by geographic location

User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and truthful information in your CV and profile
  • Do not use our services for illegal or fraudulent purposes
  • Respect intellectual property rights and do not infringe on others' content
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

Payment Terms & Refund Policy

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • NO REFUNDS: All sales are final once you access our services
  • Digital products cannot be returned once downloaded or used
  • Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled before renewal date
  • Cancellation stops future billing but no refund for current period
  • Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
  • Chargebacks will result in immediate account termination

Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of your original CV content and personal information
  • GlowHire owns the AI algorithms, software, and enhancement technology
  • Enhanced content becomes your property upon generation
  • You grant us license to use your content solely for providing our services
  • We may use anonymous, aggregated data for service improvement

Limitations and Disclaimers

  • GlowHire does not guarantee employment or interview success
  • Enhanced CVs are suggestions; you're responsible for accuracy and content
  • We're not liable for employment decisions made by third parties
  • Service availability may be interrupted for maintenance or technical issues
  • Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the last 12 months

Additional Terms

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of our services. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to data processing as described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

Our services integrate with third-party providers (OpenAI, Stripe). Your use of these integrated services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of England and Wales.

Pro Plan (£29/month)

Unlimited access to all features including premium templates and priority support.

Bespoke™ (£199/month)

Personalized 1:1 service with dedicated career expert and custom solutions.

Fair Use Policy

To ensure quality service for all users, we maintain a fair use policy:

  • • Free users: Limited to 3 CV enhancements per month
  • • Pro users: Unlimited reasonable use (no automated/bulk processing)
  • • Commercial use requires separate licensing agreement
  • • Abuse of services may result in account suspension
