NO REFUNDS POLICY

All sales are final. GlowHire operates a strict no-refund policy for all digital products and services. Once you have accessed our AI-powered enhancement tools, your purchase cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Why We Don't Offer Refunds

Digital Product Nature

Our services provide immediate access to AI-powered CV enhancement, cover letter generation, and LinkedIn optimization. Once you receive our digital output, the value has been delivered and cannot be "returned" like a physical product.

Instant Value Delivery

The moment you use our tools, you gain access to professionally enhanced content that required significant AI processing and expertise. This value transfer is immediate and irreversible.

Abuse Prevention

Without this policy, users could easily abuse our services by downloading enhanced documents and then requesting refunds, essentially receiving our premium services for free.

Business Sustainability

Our AI services incur real costs with every use (OpenAI API, processing power, storage). A no-refund policy ensures we can continue providing high-quality services at competitive prices.

What This Means for You

One-time purchases (£12 services): No refunds once you access the editor or generate content

Pro subscriptions (£29/month): No partial refunds for unused time when you cancel

Bespoke services (£199/month): No refunds once consultation begins or files are processed

Subscription cancellation: You can cancel anytime to stop future billing, but current period is non-refundable

Very Limited Exceptions

Refunds may be considered ONLY in these exceptional circumstances:

• Technical error prevented service delivery due to our system failure
• Duplicate charges due to payment processing error
• Unauthorized charges (must be reported within 48 hours)

Note: User error, dissatisfaction with results, or change of mind do not qualify for refunds.

Chargeback Policy

Chargebacks will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us first, we will:

• Immediately terminate your account and access to all services
• Provide evidence to your bank that services were delivered as purchased
• Pursue collection of chargeback fees and legal costs
• Ban you permanently from creating new accounts
